Our Employer Advisor services provide confidential, one-on-one information, assistance and advice, free of charge to employers on a variety of employment related matters.
- Assistance and advice on workers’ compensation issues related to WorkplaceNL legislation, policies & procedures.
- Assistance with claims management and ESRTW planning advice.
- Assistance for out of province-based employers with system navigation and compliance.
- Our Advisors will liaise with case managers, and adjudicators.
- Advice on implementing a Violence and Harassment policy and best practices on the execution of the Risk Assessment.
- Review of employer OHS programs and policies, assistance with PRIME, and advice for OHS committees.
- WorkplaceNL & WCIRB (Workers' Compensation Independent Review Board) appeals:
- File review and manage internal appeal correspondence.
