  • Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to Speak at the St. John’s Board of Trade’s Annual Outlook Conference

    June 4, 2021

Today, the St. John’s Board of Trade announced Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as keynote speaker for Outlook 2021 | The Road to Recovery. He will talk about the work ahead to rebuild a more resilient economy that leaves no one behind, including measures the Federal Government is taking to create good jobs and to support businesses in Newfoundland and Labrador and across the country.

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to hear from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau,” said AnnMarie Boudreau, CEO, St. John’s Board of Trade. “We are nearing the end of what has been a historic time of change and upheaval and entering a phase of what, we hope, is rebuilding and recovery. We are excited to host such a timely conversation and to hear from the Prime Minister on how we, as Canadians, will move forward in the months to come.”

There’s no doubt the past year has been a challenge. Yet, there is a lot to look forward to and prepare for as we take on the future. The St. John’s Board of Trade’s online conference will provide an overview of what we can expect federally, provincially, and in many of our key sectors right here at home.
