About Heather
Holding a Bachelor ofAdministration from St. Francis Xavier University, an M.Ed from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and a graduate of Royal Roads University as a Certified Executive Coach, Heather Stamp-Nunes understands what it means to be a leader.

She is an active board member of  the International Coach Federation, Alternate Dispute Resolution Atlantic Institute and the St. John’s Board of Trade, holds a change management consultant designation with ProSci Canada as well as consultant and facilitation certifications in the areas of leadership, communications, top team development, psychometric assessments, intercultural diversity, and mental wellness.

The founder and director of Leadership Matters Inc., Heather’s action-oriented coaching approach starts by examining what authentic leadership means and how it contributes to organizational effectiveness and top team development.

As an executive leadership coach, her goal is to create a meaningful and sustainable approach to leadership and organizational development that encourages clients to create authentic strengths-based success from the inside and by their own definition.
