Right now, we all need to strengthen our natural ability to turn things "right side up." Whatever the challenges – in life, work, or community - we need a new mindset that will help us manage and harness disruption in new and empowering ways. Business & Arts NL and DesignThinkers Group Canada are pleased to present this four-part, interactive exploration of mindsets essential to Design Thinking, a human-centered approach to addressing complex issues. Session 3: Curiosity: The Explorer's Mindset The unfettered mind is adept at divergent and lateral thinking. The unbound mind allows us to listen, explore, and consider new ideas. This is about how you let go of your preconceived ideas, and how to engage and interact using a more human-centered approach. It is about building consensus based on goodwill and altruism, instead of coercion. In this session you’ll learn how to collaborate and build on the ideas of others. You’ll also get braver about thinking wrong.
