20 Minutes with JKConditioning
With gym closures and physical distancing, we’re stuck working out from home. There is a plethora of at-home gym workouts going around on social media, which is great, but what people should be careful of is there technique or trying exercises suggested by a random Instagram account.
In this 20-min session, learn how to properly perform a squat, lunge, pushup and plank. You’ll also learn ways to make these exercises more difficult when you don’t have any tradition gym weights at home.
